The #yakatabune on Tokyo’s #SumidaRiver are more than just small pleasure boats. These floating #restaurants serve delicious meals and drinks with air conditioning, restrooms, and more as diners enjoy #waterfront views of the city. pic.twitter.com/ZhN4MTczRX— Tokyo Gov (@Tokyo_gov) September 5, 2022 Beautiful morning at Matsuyama 🏯 castle #travel #japan #shikoku pic.twitter.com/vPqjEGTCGZ— JJWalsh 🌿⛩️🏝️☀️ (@jjwalsh) September 3, 2022 Streets of #Kyoto Foreign tourists who aren't traveling as part of group tours will soon be able to come to Japan under eased tourism restrictions — as long as they book flights and accommodation through a travel agency. https://t.co/YtwRqowasW— The Japan Times (@japantimes) September 1, 2022 BREAKING: PM Kishida announces Japan will allow non-escorted visitors on package tours, a step toward putting the country’s border restrictions on par with other major economies. https://t.co/TBRYJeGykk— The Japan Times (@japantimes) August 31, 2022 The glowing torii arch at Musashino Reiwa Shrine in #Saitama. The shrine is located by the Kadokawa Culture Museum, a building designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma. I live in the eastern part of Tokyo, and Chiba Prefecture is adjacent to the east across the Edo River. This time, I selected several sightseeing spots in Chiba-ken. The first and second are Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. The second is Katori Shrine, and the third is Sawara City. pic.twitter.com/AwPS1Z1Sad— Tokyonobo (@Tokyonobo) August 30, 2022 Same place, different angles! Hakone Shrine in #Kanagawa sits on the shores of Lake Ashi, and has a history dating back to 757. Surrounded by a forest of trees, the shrine is regarded as one of the most spiritual spots in the region. Of all the wonderful places I have had the pleasure to visit, Inuyama in Aichi Prefecture is one place that I keep coming back to #inuyama #aichi #nagoyaisnotboring #owarihan #samuraiandtimber #Japan #travel pic.twitter.com/2eKDQlSRW8— Japan Australia (@Japan_Australia) August 28, 2022 Randomly selected photos taken in Tokyo. The first is the square in front of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The second is Holy Resurrection Cathedral (Nikorai-do) near Ochanomizu station. The third is Tokyo Station. The fourth was taken at Marunouchi Nakadori. pic.twitter.com/ggufzTLvNq— Tokyonobo (@Tokyonobo) August 26, 2022
